The most important success factor in management and leadership is communication. Knowing how best to get your message across both internally and at industry forums and conferences, is a skill that will put you ahead of the crowd.
In a constructive environment, we’ll give you the opportunity to review your communication skills and to build on them in a creative and systematic way.
In this unique programme over two days you will get a practical approach to improving your communication – for occasions when you can prepare and when an impromptu performance is demanded. You will understand your personal communication style, how to use this to best effect and adapt to communicate powerfully with people very different to you. On the second day you’ll be filmed performing a management task in line with your personal development needs. This can be a particular presentation or interview that you want to work on or a task chosen by your trainers.
The course costs only £420.
